Details about Let's Talk Technology Meetings

Meetings:  Let’s Talk Technology meets monthly from October through May. Meetings are generally on the first Saturday of the month and run from 9:00 a.m. to Noon. This provides time to  “network” and learn what others are doing in their districts. A short business meeting is followed by a program presented by members or by outside speakers on a variety of fascinating topics. We often continue the conversation over lunch, after all, it is called Let's Talk!

Recent programs have included: using digital cameras with students, setting up home wireless networks, blogs and inexpensive video conferencing at the Ann Arbor Hands on Museum. In addition to Ann Arbor, meetings take place at various sites in southeastern Michigan from Monroe to Macomb County. A summary is posted after each meeting with highlights, web resources and pictures.

Membership:  The meeting fee is $5 for non-members. Members pay $25 annually for meetings in October, November, December, January, February, April and May.
